Thanks oldbones I appreciate it, but the release date according to AFI is the same day it was registered. I find that hard to believe.

As I said before the registration indicated it was published at the time of registration so it had to of been released prior to January 24th, 1936. How long does the registration process take?

All these January 30th, 1936 showings are leading me to believe that that just might be the release date for this film. If so then why was it registered as already published on January 24th, 1936.

Please help, any information would be useful.

Maybe our resident expert Video-Cellar can shed some light on this.
